A Few More Six Word Stories

Here are a few more six word stories I wrote for Holy Worlds Christian Fantasy Forum’s six word story challenge:

"Oh, no," he whispered. "It escaped."

He realized the treasure map's authenticity.

Deep underground, his flashlight batteries died.

They discovered the coffin was empty.

  1. Hehe, I see you swapped a few around so the 4th didn't precede the 1st. ;) I really like the third one. It really paints a picture for me... even though that picture is pretty black.

  2. Thanks! Swapping them around kept them from being confusing.

I wouldn't want to be in that guy's place.

  3. I love the story of the last one, but since I feel it could be delivered in a much more powerful sentence, the second-to-last is my favorite this time. Maybe because I've always had this thing for dark. . .

You're really good at this. :D

  4. Gah! They're all good. Not sure which one is best. The first and third sound the most dangerous, though. :-P Theoretically...
